Status
The Countywide Transit Enhancements project will make the JTA system fully Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant. Improvements will be made at 823 bus stops and include installing new concrete bus pads, shelters, and amenities at existing bus stops.
Countywide Transit Enhancements support JTA’s commitment to safety by reducing pedestrian risks and will expand access to jobs and other essential services.
During 2025, 85 bus stops were completed. Bus stop improvements will continue during 2026.
