Complete Streets is a transportation infrastructure approach that designs streets for all users, not just cars. The MobilityWorks 2.0 program continues JTA’s implementation of Complete Streets across the region.

The Philips Highway Corridor project extends from Baymeadows Road to University Boulevard and will reduce sidewalk gaps, improve bicycle connectivity, and implement ADA improvements. These upgrades will improve safety, particularly at the University Transit Hub located at the southwest corner of Philips Highway and University Boulevard West.
